Great Hawk Air Service (“GHA”), a subsidiary of American Kono Group, is a U.S. supplier of aircraft, aviation service, and personal protective equipment (“PPE”) for aviation industry and medical application worldwide.
Our Sales Team currently has a number of openings for technically astute Regional Sales Managers who are comfortable in a direct sales environment in their home state/country.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage and coordinate the wholesale of GHA’s PPE products to the authorized market ensuring target sales achievement and total customer satisfaction.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage and coordinate the wholesale of GHA’s PPE products to the authorized market ensuring target sales achievement and total customer satisfaction.
The most popular PPE to be sold includes, but not limited to, the following:
a) FDA / CE-certified protective coveralls with hood;
b) FDA / CE-certified safety goggles;
c) NIOSH-approved N95 respirators;
d) FDA / CE-certified surgical face masks; and
e) FDA / CE-certified medical face masks.

Authorized Territories:
Each of the Regional Sales Managers will be respectively responsible for the dedicated wholesale of PPE to government agencies, hospitals, nonprofit organizations and service centers located inside one of the following territories:
1) Each single state in the countries of Canada, Chile, India, Mexico, Peru, UK, USA.
2) Each single country in the regions of Africa, Europe, Latin America, and Middle East.
Each of the Regional Sales Managers will be respectively responsible for the dedicated wholesale of PPE to government agencies, hospitals, nonprofit organizations and service centers located inside one of the following territories:
1) Each single state in the countries of Canada, Chile, India, Mexico, Peru, UK, USA.
2) Each single country in the regions of Africa, Europe, Latin America, and Middle East.
Primary Responsibilities:
1) Focusing sales efforts on government procurement and Tier 1 entities in Industrial and medical fields.
2) Expanding our existing customer base and penetrating new companies and similar market opportunities.
3) Establishing customer relationships and otherwise managing customer sales in your region. This will include managing customer expectations, account development and account management.
4) Working as part of a team, analyze customer requirements, deliver product and services to meet customer needs and manage the sales cycle through to revenue recognition.
5) Coordinating all elements of marketing and sales towards penetrating government and Tier 1 hospitals and industrial entities. This includes assisting in defining strategic marketing initiatives, liaising to communicate customer technical requirements and ensuring support commitments are fulfilled to deliver customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience:
1) Bachelor’s Degree in biology, medical, computer science, marketing, journalism, management, or other related fields with strong sales experience, or AT LEAST 5-year experience selling PPE with considerable performance.
2) MBA is preferred.
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4) Comprehensive experience in sales or account management.
5) Experience in personal safety product and sales in the region.
6) Experience in delivering sales solutions to the safety or medical equipment markets.
7) Experience negotiating, managing and closing major accounts.
8) Must be comfortable working in all sales media, including working from home, using social media, delivering presentations to customers, and proposal writing.
